Bio

Dreama is the Director of UVA's Public Pathways program. In her previous role  at the UVA Career Center, she led the Public Service and Government Career Community supporting students interested in careers with social impact. She also worked with students interested in pursuing Global Careers outside their home country---helping them to gain experiences in spaces that develop their cultural agility for the workplace. Dreama has also worked in various roles at UVA, including Student Financial Services and the Office of the Dean of Students, and served as an AmeriCorps member with the Virginia College Advising Corps. Having been the first in her family to graduate from a four-year college, Dreama is dedicated to helping students from underserved backgrounds succeed in higher education. She earned a M.Ed., Student Affairs Practice in Higher Education & B.A. in Religious Studies from the University of Virginia. Dreama also loves to travel internationally and lives in Charlottesville with her partner, Marc, and their two precocious felines – Chloe and Ginger.
