Is the leader of the IRC Council and works as the representative of the people within the IRC in communication with other IRC bodies, such as IRC Staff, Resident Staff, Housekeeping Staff and residents in general.

Hello! My name is Stepheney Odom-Thomas and I am excited to serve as the IRC's Prime Minister this year! I am a third-year double majoring in Foreign Affairs and the Global Studies Environments and Sustainability track, and I am minoring in Korean.
